Encyclopaedia Botanica is a tome dedicated to all the plants which have been cultivated in Australia. Cultivated of course implies that they may not be native but the list of natives is quite extensive.

There really isn't a single source of edible/medicinal native food information at this stage (that I'm aware of, anyway). Tim Low is probably the closest to it, with his range of reference books; a shelf of them would be pretty comprehensive.

If you do a search for 'books' you might find a few threads scatered about.

The only one I could readily lay my hands on was in the 'pub' section which is one I wrote myself:
http://www.bushfood.net/viewtopic.php?t=776

That link should take you to IAG press who publish a lot of similar books, including the 'Bible' as far as I'm concerned 'Bushfires and Bushtucker" by Peter Latz

You will find however that all these books are localized, you will not find one for the whole of Oz, it might be best if you decided which area that you wanted to search and then tried to find out what books are available on that zone.

Sites like this will obviously need a lot of input yet but it is an improvement http://www.tasteaustralia.biz/bush_medicine_30.html

I've been accumulating books about bush tucker here: http://www.librarything.com/catalog_bottom.php?tag=native+produce&view=infoaddict

It's getting reasonably extensive now ...
