Hello there!

We have a sensational line-up of workshops being held at CERES Community Environment Park in East Brunswick, Melbourne in the coming months and I wanted to highlight in particular, the Australian Bush Foods workshop being held on 15th May 2010.

CERES is a multi award-winning Community Environment Park with over 250,000 visitors per year. CERES features a fully certified-organic demonstration farm, environmental and cultural education programs, a permaculture and bushfood nursery, an organic market, eco-buildings, market gardens, farm animals, festivals and cultural events, alternative energy and water systems, water efficient irrigation and an organic cafe.

"Interested in growing indigenous plants and edible bush food plants? This is an inspiring and informative workshop in which you will be immersed in the taste, texture and tantalising variety of our native food plants.

Justin Caverley is a landscape designer with 15 years experience in the horticulture industry. He has taught regular CERES workshops in organic gardening, fruit tree pruning, indigenous plants and Permaculture. Justin has extensive property design experience and has also worked at the CERES Nursery. Justin is a regular broadcaster on 3RRR's "Dirty Deeds", and presenter on Ch 31's "The Garden Tap."
