tassie tucker and fish?

im going to be soon traveling to Tasmania, reconnecting with my old roots.

as im staying awile up the top of the state and traveling to King and Flinders island, i thought id find the time to find some Bush Tucker.
so if anyone can reccomend some local tucker id appreciate any feed back. and ill give anything ago!
i was born in tassie and am in love with the seafood so i thought some local tucker might go well with fish?
