Iam wondering if anyone can obtain duboisia hopwoodii seeds for me?

I can get the seeds but I really doubt that I am allowed to send them to you.
_ Any plant will grow from a single bud if you can replicate the required circumstances.

Check out these 3 forum boards and you will find the answer about being able to send Duboisia hopwoodii seeds as an export to the USA or elsewhere;
spiritplants.org, shaman-australis.com and of course bushfood forums. Its on one of those sites.
Otherwise Id like some seeds and you can trust me that it is ok to send them to the US.
