Nindethana

Just in case anyone's been living under a rock, by far the best source for Aussie native seeds is Nindethana in southern WA.

Ordering seeds from anywhere can be risky in terms of viability etc., but generally speaking, i'm a great fan of Nindethana. Certainly i have had far more positives than negatives with them. Check out the catalogue!

i should add, Nindethana will BUY seeds too, so if you have access to a relatively obscure aussie native, and want some pocket money, give that a go :)

I have spent a lot of money with Nindethana over the years. Generally speaking their packaging and mailing service is great.
The seed isn't perfect every time but goes close.

The only major complaint I had with them was that a packet of Halgania cyanea which cost $47 didn't have one Halgania cyanea seed in it.

I stopped buying seed after that. If I want special native seed. I go and get it myself. Native plants ideally should be sourced locally.
However if the requirement is West Australian species I would recommend Nindethana.
_ Any plant will grow from a single bud if you can replicate the required circumstances.
