www.bushfoodshop.com has widened its range of Aussie Bush Tucker to include two bush herbs from our neighbours across the pond!

Horopito (NZ Bush Pepper) is more peppery than Mountain Pepper - in fact the warmth tends to creep up on you.

Kawakawa (NZ Wild Basil) has a heart shaped leaf and is said to be good for the heart.

We combined these two with Ground Bush Tomato in a tomato based sauce creating the fusion between Aussie and Kiwi bush foods.

So if you like to experiment then this is something new for you!
