Thanks for the link Vic. I've been saying all along we should join the wildlife and eat the upcoming locust plague. Waste not, want not!

Since then I've heard on the radio of at least one person offering fried locusts as a delicacy - chewy wings, crunchy legs... served with some sort of dip. Nobody seemed keen about eating the head :)
