RIBERRY CONFIT

These are riberries in syrup.

Packaging doesn't state botanical name but just calls it riberries. Another store from whom I bought riberries, and who has a Food License and ABN, stated its botanical name Syzygium leuhmanii on the packaging, so I assume that's the main riberry that is sold commercially by the Australian native food industry.

Another common name for riberry is Lilly Pilly.

RAINFOREST RUB

This mix contains mixed herbs & spices, rice flour, chicken stock, coconut powder, sesame seed, Pepperberry, lemon peel, citric acid, chilli flakes.

My senses picked up aromas of lemon citrus, rainforest and "boiled lolly".
