im a chef in a restaurant in perth and im very interested in what products are available for me to use. If you have any please msg me and tell me as i will be interested in trying them out and possible buying the products long term if i like them. i wish to get my hands on any thing fresh that i can cook.

This online bushfood store sells a wide range of frozen/dried native produce and deliver around Australia. Looks like they use Aust Air express to Perth.

They supply to restaurant, cafe, commercial or home kitchen.

They've just introduced a "Chef's Pack" range.
