Bush food-related presentations/demonstrations for hire?

Hello all, I'm new here. I'm hoping to find a chef/group/similar, based in Melbourne, who would be willing to do a short presentation on the topic of Australian bush food, perhaps in combination with providing a catered meal, at an event. Somebody a bit like the Adelaide-based Andrew Fiekle, perhaps: http://www.andrewfielke.com/services/guest-chef/. The closest I've found in Melbourne is Mark Olive (http://www.blackolive.net.au/mark-olive-bio/), though I imagine he would only do really big events, if he did any at all. Does anybody happen to know of other Melbourne-based people or groups offering such things? Thanks!
