Edable fungi

Hey guys, was just considering getting into collecting my own mushrooms, wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction regarding books, field guids?? cheers

Sorry! I have no idea how I missed your question. So far I've not found a field guide specifically for edible specimens. I've found that fungi books by Bruce Fuhrer have useful descriptions and photographs, but really, a browse in your local library should point you in the right direction.
